All parking will be on-site. There are plenty of parking spots available.

IMPORTANT: The Second Street Bridge from Louisville to Jeffersonville will be CLOSED on the morning of Annual Meeting. Plan your route accordingly.

- Dessert Silent Auction Fundraiser: Get out your baking gear and show us your stuff. Bake a cake, pie, cookies, brownies–whatever you do best, and bring it to Annual Meeting.
- Be sure to make a list of any allergens to include with it.
- Please choose items that can sit out without refrigeration.
- Not a baker? Maybe check to see if your local bakery will donate a treat or purchase something delicious to donate.
- Come to the Annual Meeting prepared to play. For $10 you will pull a number at the dessert table and see what dessert you get or pay extra for your choice. You can share this dessert with the Girl Scout sisters at your table or take it home to enjoy.
- All proceeds will be given to the Joyce Seymour Leadership Fund to help our girls for many ears to come!
- This is in lieu of our regular silent auction.
