Annual Meeting | Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana

At the Annual Meeting of Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana members gather to consider and prioritize actions that guide how we do what we do. The Board of Directors and other groups (including pre-elected delegates from across the council) meet to conduct required official business items for GSK.

The 2026 Annual Meeting was held at the Kentucky Dam Village State Park in Gilbertsville on April 18, 2026.

The 2027 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2027 at the Pritchard Community Center in Elizabethtown. Friday Night Activities will be held at Camp Shantituck on Friday, April 16, 2027.

Bear Creek Aquatic Camp
Benton, KY

Parking will be on site with shuttle transport to the lodge.
Light food and drink will be provided.
Things to look forward to:
- GSK Council Shop
- Night Hike
- Campfire with S'mores
- GSK Town Hall
- Star Gazing at The Point
- Crafts
- Bags of Love Supply Drive
  - Bags of Love provides a bag of necessities and other items to children entering foster care in Marshall County, and some of the surrounding counties. Please consider bringing one or more of the following:
    - Handmade quilt
    - Personal care items
    - Toys, puzzles, fun items
    - Books, coloring books, crayons
    - School supplies
    - Diapers/wipes
    - Gas gift cards to help offset travel expenses for CASA workers. A CASA volunteer is a dedicated community member who supports children in the child welfare system by making sure their voices are heard. We are supporting CASA by the Lakes with this effort.
    - If you have dietary restrictions please share them here.
    No activities are designed for Girl Scouts under 12 years old. The adults bringing them will be responsible for their entertainment and supervision if they attend.

Decision Influencing Questions
Dessert Silent Auction Fundraiser (In lieu of our regular silent auction.)
- Bring a Dessert
  - Get out your baking gear and show us your stuff. Bake a cake, pie, cookies, brownies—whatever you do best, and bring it to the Annual Meeting.
  - Be sure to make a list of any allergens to include with it.
  - Please choose items that can sit out without refrigeration.
  - Not a baker? Maybe check to see if your local bakery will donate a treat or purchase something delicious to donate.
- Come to the Annual Meeting prepared to play.
  - For $10 you will pull a number at the dessert table and see what dessert you get or pay extra for your choice.
  - Or for $20, you can choose the desert you want. Venue rules state that these need to be taken home to enjoy.
- All proceeds to be given to the Friends of Camp–All Camps fund to support our camps. Your support makes camp possible for girls and opens a doorway to friendships, mentors, and life-changing confidence.
