This training authorizes you to take Girl Scouts (Junior and older) into the cave at Stem Adventure Center. During this course, you will learn safety procedures, programming strategies, and basic caving skills. Successful completion of this training requires you to complete a trip through the cave. Facilitators must complete at least one guided caving facilitation with a certified instructor before taking groups on their own.
This training is good continuously with at least one caving program completed every two years.
Cost is $10.00 per adult.
Event is located in Laconia, IN.

Itinerary
Bring a sack lunch. Dress to get muddy. Bring bug spray.
Classroom portion will take place 9am-12pm
Break for lunch
12pm-12:30
Drive short distance to Tobacco Landing, hike to
cave, explore cave.
Return to camp for clean up and closing.
