Learn how to manage stress, get physical exercise, and practice self-care. Yoga is a physical practice that creates strength and flexibility in the body, but also teaches us tools that help us maintain peace, balance, and harmony as we navigate our way through life. Enjoy yoga in a fun environment with great teachers. All body types and ability levels are welcome and appreciated!
