The Festival registration process is designed to be fair to all - new and experienced - and to allow time for girls to be included in the decisions about their program selections.
Troops must be registered for the 2014-2015 Girl Scout year. The troop registration must be received in the council office in order for your Festival registration to be processed. The total number of girls paid for Festival cannot exceed the number of girls registered in your troop.
Troops must register at least 2 adults for your Festival registration to be processed. Read Volunteer Essentials/Safety Activity Checkpoints for safety and adult/girl ratio guidelines. The number of registered adults is limited in some programs, where noted, because of facility capacity. One adult must be registered if Scouts are registered independently (Juliette).
Absolutely NO tagalongs (any girl under 5, any girl not registered with GSUSA or any boy) will be allowed! This popular event is for Girl Scouts (girls/adults) only. If an adult brings a tagalong, they will be asked to wait in the lobby or outside.
The cost is $13 per Girl Scout, and $13 per adult, which includes a patch and admission to programs.
You may pay with credit card, check and/or Cookie Dough. T-shirts may be ordered on the registration link above.
You may send or bring both forms to the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana Program and Learning Center, 2115 Lexington Road, Louisville, KY 40206. Please make checks payable to: Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana.
