Date & Time
9/20/2013 - 9/22/2013
5:00 p.m. Friday - 2:00 p.m. Sunday
Who should attend: adult volunteers.
It’s your turn to be a camper and have fun at camp!!! Try new activities, learn new skills, and share with other leaders. Only $5 for the weekend for leaders from Area 17, including all meals and activities– sponsored by Area 17. If space permits, leaders from other areas may come for $10. You may come for part or all of the weekend, as your schedule permits. Incredibly cheap fee will not be adjusted for partial attendance.
Optional trainings: Troop Pathway Orientation (Saturday 9-11am) (required of all new leaders and co-leaders), GS Songs and Games (Saturday 1-3 pm), and possibly Brownie Age Level. Discuss the new GS program.
Other Activities: Hiking, Teams Course, Disk Golf, Campfire with songs and S'mores, Crafts of all kinds, Canoeing for fun (bring closed toe, tied or strap-on shoes that can get wet and muddy and a swimsuit/towel), sharing ideas , and just relaxing, hanging out and visiting with new and old friends. Craft Swap!! Clean out your crafts closet/garage and bring craft supplies to swap (too good to throw away, but.....). We all have leftovers from old projects - share the ideas, show off your crafts, or just give your leftovers a good home with someone else!
On Friday evening Junior troop 349 will dedicate their Bronze Award Project at camp with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 7:15 and then serve refreshments.
