Councilwide Day Camp Training

Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana Councilwide Day Camp Training will be Saturday, March 16^th @ 10AM CST at the Owensboro/Pennyroyal PLC.  There will be a video conference with the Paducah/Bear Creek PLC as well.

What is new this year? 

• Dana “Coach” Young and Janis Kidd will be serving as your council camp liaisons. 
• Any camping that is sponsored by an Area, Service Unit, or other group, regardless of the time of the camp, will be required to have a trained staff. 
• Camp Staff Manual
• Other items to be discussed at the training.

I am working on the training outline now.  I would like to cover these breakout sessions:

• Camp Director
• Business Manager
• Program Manager
• Kitchen Manager
• Health Supervisor
• Registrar
