Icemen Energy Balance Workshop

Workshop 9:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. / Game 7:15 p.m.

Learn about the Icemen’s game-day routine – from warm-ups to the meals they eat before a game!  You’ll get to hang out with players, and talk to the coach & athletic director.  Troops attending the game will have their troops recognized on the Video Board during the game!  Daisies will earn the Respect Myself and Others Petal, Brownies will earn the Brownie Quest Connect Key Award, and Juniors will earn the Get Moving Energize Award.  Girls who attend will receive a special Icemen pin after the workshop.  Patches & awards are not included.

Cost: $ 16.00 per girl/ $12.00 per adult (includes workshop & ticket to evening game)
