Councilwide Day Camp Training

Who should attend: All Camp Administrative Staff Volunteers!
Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana Councilwide Day Camp Training will be Saturday, January 19th @ 10AM EST at Camp Shantituck. You may stay the night on Friday, January 18th if that is most convenient for you and your hub team.
What is new this year?
- Dana “Coach” Young and Janis Kidd will be serving as your council camp liaisons.
- Any camping that is sponsored by an Area, Service Unit, or other group, regardless of the time of the camp, will be required to have a trained staff.
- Camp Staff Manual
- Other items to be discussed at the training.
I am working on the training outline now. I would like to cover these breakout sessions:
- Camp Director
- Business Manager
- Program Manager
- Kitchen Manager
- Health Supervisor
- Registrar

Please register by Monday, January 14th for accurate food counts and copies. Registration Deadline extended to Wednesday, January 16th.
