Service Unit Manager Training participants will learn how to effectively serve as the communication liaison between GSK council and the troop leaders in their service unit. They will be trained on how to run their monthly service unit meetings and how to successfully engage leaders in active participation at service unit meetings. Trainers will walk through important resource sheets and service unit team positions. Service Unit Manager training is required for new service unit managers, however existing service unit managers are invited to attend as well. Fee: none. This training is by video conference from the Lousiville PLC.
