Who should attend: any adults interested in learning to facilitate Teams Courses.
This course is open to adults who are interested in becoming qualified as a Team's Course facilitator. Teams Courses are designed to build an individual's sense of confidence and self-esteem, teach mutual support and cohesion within a group, develop decision-making and leadership, and foster appreciation and respect for differences existing within the group. Teams Course facilitators will be instructed on team building games and our low ropes courses. They will be trained on each of our low ropes elements for safety and effectiveness in building trust and problem-solving skills with the group they are facilitating. Yearly re-qualification is not required, but encouraged as an enrichment course and as an update on new events.
